How to Use the Push Med Shoulder Brace?
The brace is simple to apply and adjust.
Start by pulling the brace over the arm and head of the injured arm so
that the large strap is resting on the shoulder opposite the injured arm.
Next thread the wrap the strap nearest the injured arm around the arm
and loop it through and tighten the clasp.
Pull the strap around the back of the body to the side opposite the
injured arm, so that the brace completely wraps around the body. Stick
the strap to the velcro tab sticking out from the black pad where the
arm will rest.
The arm should be resting at at least a 90° angle, although it may be
beneficial to raise it higher.
Finally move the arm to the chest at an incline which is comfortable and
pull the strap up and attach it to velcro. Now adjust all the straps so
that they are comfortable.

To determine whether you are a suitable size for the brace measure the
chest circumference 5cm above the level of the the handing elbow.
The brace can be used on either the left or the right shoulder.
The brace can be machine washed at temperatures up to 30°C with a gentle
spin dry. The brace should only be air dryed.
Before washing, close the Velcro to protect the Push Med Shoulder Brace
and other laundry.
