First step is knowing when there is a problem, and when to ask for help or have someone to talk with.

The NHS has provided a Mood Self-Assessment test that is free to use. At the end you can receive some advice on the next steps.

For some, physical exercise has been proven to help lower stress levels and help maintain a more clear, purpose driven outlook, but if you find the assessment advises you to speak to your Doctor, we would advise making an appointment.
